Nanomaterials Food Scientist wins Young Scientist Award
Dr. Tianxi Yang has won a Young Scientist Award from the International Union of Food Science and Technology for her research on Advancing Food Safety and Sustainability Using Innovations in Analytical Techniques and Nanomaterials.
