LFS Mentorship is 20 Years Old
This year, our mentorship program hits a 20-year milestone! A huge thank you to our hundreds of alumni and supporters who have provided guidance for our students over the past two decades. LFS has one of the largest mentorship programs at UBC – this year 118 mentors will be matched up with 312 undergraduate students (18% of our students!) – all virtually for the first time.
We welcome our returning mentors, plus 70 new mentors. LFS is a global community that thrives on connections; this year we have mentors in Cairo, Paris, Kathmandu and Hong Kong, to name just a few places our alumni live.
