Full Certificate Registration
The full certificate includes three UBC courses and one BCIT course.
Individual Course Registration
All UBC courses are delivered in virtual/online format. The BCIT Internal Auditor Training is in-person.
Fundamentals of Food Science for Professionals (FoodCert010)
Food Safety Management Principles, Laws and Regulations (FoodCert020)
Designing and Implementing a Traceability Program (FoodCert030)
Internal Auditor Training (FOOD2170)
Students who have completed the necessary prerequisite course (FoodCert020) will be forwarded to BCIT for registration.
