Current Students

UBC has replaced the Student Service Center (SSC) with a cloud-based, mobile-friendly software called Workday Student. Everyone gained access to the new system on May 21, 2024, and will be using it for all academic activities related to the 2024 Winter session and beyond. Expect to see your academic record in Workday and you can start planning your course schedule for the 2024 Winter Session. We have prepared a detailed guide in ROOTSS 201 with lots of how-to tutorials for you so you can navigate the new system smoothly.
