This listserv is used to share volunteer (and occasionally paid) opportunities related to nutrition and dietetics with student subscribers.

To subscribe:

1. From the email account that you would like to receive the emails to, send an Email to majordomo@interchange.ubc.ca
2. Leave the subject line blank
3. Include the following text in the body of the message:
   subscribe dietetics-volunteering (YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS HERE)
   For example, if your email address is janedoe@hotmail.com enter the following text in the body of your message: Subscribe dietetics-volunteering janedoe@hotmail.com

To unsubscribe:

1. Use the above instructions, substituting the word unsubscribe for subscribe

Note:

1. Make sure to remove any text other than the above from the body (this includes your signature, which will interfere with the subscription process)
2. To subscribe successfully make sure to send the message from the same email account that you will be subscribing with.  
3. If your subscription is successful you will receive a confirmation message from the list
