Admission to UBC is competitive. There are two types of admission requirements:
general admission requirements, which depend on where you went to school.
specific requirements, which depend on the Faculty or School you are applying to.
Refer to the Admission Graduate and Admissions Undergraduate web sites for details. Review items such as academic documents & transcripts required, fees, academic course transfers, language or TOEFL that are particularly relevant for International students with our Faculty or UBC.
Tuition
Tuition for undergraduate students is calculated on a per-credit basis.. For Summer Session 2005 and Winter Session 2005/06, the per-credit amount for international (study permit) students is $554.00. The international student tuition costs listed reflect this new amount and include the annual cost of living increase. Tuition fees are in Canadian dollars, are reviewed annually by the UBC Board of Governors, and are subject to change. Review the UBC Undergraduate Calendar website or the UBC Graduate Studies website for current tuition information.
All aspects of tuition and financing such as payment, timing and values are administered through UBC. Review the UBC Financing Your Education website for details.
