As the Faculty’s undergraduate student society, the AgUS is composed of all undergraduate students who are active members of the AMS and registered in the Faculty of Land and Food Systems. An elected student council helps promote and co-ordinate all official extra-curricular activities such as the Fall Harvest dinner, Wednesday night BBQs held in Agora, as well as forums, meetings, and meals to help build a stronger “Aggie” student community. FNH Committee
The AgUS FNH Committee, a sub-committee of the AgUS, is made up of undergraduate students who are majoring in FNH, which includes dietetics, food market analysis, food science, human ecology, and nutritional sciences.
Pre Veterinary Medicine Club
The goal of the Pre-Vet Club is to aid undergraduate student members in pursuing their interests in the field of Veterinary Medicine. This includes Veterinary admissions preparation, undergraduate course selection, and acquiring relevant experience. It also provides information about the variety of job opportunities in the discipline of professional animal care.
