Job Description
A postdoctoral position is available immediately in the Wine Research Centre for a 15 month appointment with potential for extending employment. This position is funded by large scale Genome British Columbia wine genomics grants to characterize the fermentation stress response genes in S. cerevisiae. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing the proteomes of wine yeasts during fermentation. Outstanding research facilities are available. Salary ~$60,000 annually, including benefits.
A Ph.D. in molecular and cellular biology and experience in proteomics are required.
