The Fraser Valley: A portrait of a world-class peri-urban agriculture zone

Kim Sutherland (P.Ag.), the Regional Agrologist for the East Fraser Valley with the BC Ministry of Agriculture and Lands will present a portrait of agriculture in the Fraser Valley. She will examine trends in production systems, land use, economics and the local food system, as well as possible implications of climate change for sustainability.
