301 Home : Overview

This computer module is an interactive way for you to test the concepts you are learning in Food 301. The modules all begin with a brief outline of the major principles for that section. Next you will find four or five problems. These problems may contain new information on processes or physical and chemical effects. If it is not covered in lecture it is not on the exam. However, the principles you learn in class are the same ones needed to answer the questions, and you need to know your principles. It is our hope that this module will aid in your learning , expand your knowledge and offer you practical examples that occur in the industry.
