Lab Manuals - September 3, 1997

You are required to buy a Food 301 lab manual for the first laboratory session. They will be available on Wednesday morning at the Food Science Department Office. The cost is $20. You can pay by cash or cheques made out to the Food Science Department.
 
 

Lab Coats - September 3, 1997

Lab coats are required for the food science lab. You will definitely need one for the first practical lab. They are available at the bookstore or through the chemistry club in the chemistry building.
