OVERVIEW

As part of the public outreach of the Animal Welfare program researchers place a strong priority on publications and presentations. Through many dozens of presentations, articles, and media interviews, the Program has reached thousands of producers and hundreds of thousands of Canadians with messages about animal care.  In addition, program members present research internationally, traveling many thousands of miles to attend meetings where our work will have an impact.  Our faculty members are regularly invited to speak at international conferences.
